But here’s the thing: you’re already the hero of your own story. You just might not see it yet due to certain obstacles or blind spots. My job is to help you clear those hurdles and start living the life you want, right now.

HOW IT WORKS

  • CONSULTATION

    In our first video conference, we’ll discuss what your goals are and what’s currently preventing you from achieving them. We’ll then go over how we can best work together.

  • STRATEGY

    After our consultation, I’ll come up with a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. We’ll chat again to discuss and do some initial assessments to know where we’re starting.

  • ACTION

    We go to work. You’ll put the plan into action, and we’ll have a scheduled weekly call to go over your progress. You can text me anytime, and you also have the option to meet and train with me in person or virtually.

What’s Included:

  • Comprehensive fitness and wellness assessment

  • Personalized exercise, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness plan

  • Bi-weekly 60 to 90-minute meetings (virtual or in-person)

  • Unlimited guidance and support via email and text

  • Helpful tools, tips, and resources for navigating your unique obstacles

  • Optional in-person or virtual training sessions

Plans start at:

  • $499/month with a three-month commitment.

  • $399/month with a six-month commitment.

*If the price is an issue, please reach out. I never want money to be the reason you don’t prioritize your wellness, so I’m happy to discuss payment plans and scholarships.
